Han Yapı, a Turkish construction firm, has completed the first stage of its recent İsthanbul Homes project in 21 months and delivered 696 new apartments.

   The project located in Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district comprises 1,660 apartments on an area of 88,000 square meters. The second out of three stages of the project is set to be delivered in November.

  The apartments in the first and second stage are designed with 3+1 floor plans, differing in size from 124 to 142 square meters. The Istanbul project attracts attention with its attractive payment options for the remaining apartments. Designed by considering every need of residents, the project includes a round the clock security system, open-air swimming pool, children's playing ground, primary school, open and covered parking lots.

  Besides wireless Internet connection, generator, cable TV, sound infrastructure for satellite system, fire and gas detectors and lightning rod, the project also has commercial spaces to be designed as open and covered swimming pools, restaurants, sports, medical and beauty centers, a small shopping center and day nursery services. 

  In the project offering earthquake-resistant dwellings, the third stage, including a total of 600 apartments designed with 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 floor plans, will be put on sale soon.
