Ofton İnşaat has undertaken a new project, which includes a total of 346 apartments in Istanbul's Bomonti area in Şişli district after the Elysium Residence and Elysium Cool projects.

     Called “Elysium Fantastic,” the new residence project includes apartments varying in size from 37 to 263 square meters, duplex houses and penthouses with terraces. Designed with 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 floor plans, the project will be constructed in accordance with international earthquake regulations. The exteriors are equipped with heat and sound isolation systems while all the apartments have a generator, “smart house” technology, cabled TV, satellite system, Digiturk, boiler, air conditioner, white goods and laminated parquet in the rooms. The project also has a covered parking lot, round the clock security, restaurant, café & pub, children play rooms, swimming pool with special landscaping, fitness center, sauna, steam room, vitamin bar and barbeque.

Terrace and garden on each floor

  “This project will be located near our previous projects. Each floor will have a terrace and garden. It will exemplify the model of ‘horizontal structuring' with its unprecedented architectural design,” said Yusuf Şimşek, board member of Ofton İnşaat. “Prices in the Bomonti district have doubled in dollar terms since they started the Elysium project” he said and added that they contributed to current value with the new construction projects.

Chain of Elysiums

  Ofton İnşaat first started Elysium Park project, which comprises 54 villas and 54 apartments in Istanbul's Alemdağ. Elysium Park, which was delivered three years ago, was followed by Elysium Residence with its 202 apartments and a shopping center. Later the firm undertook another project called “Elysium Garden,” which included 50 villas and 70 apartments as an extension of the Elysium Garden project in Alemdağ district. After delivering this project, Ofton İnşaat started the Elysium Life project in Istanbul's Samandıra district. Elysium Residence, Elysium Garden and Elysium Park are also among the construction projects that the firm has undertaken so far.
